Traditional Bar Hire Service
We offer a complete range of traditional bar hire services to complement our barbecue, hog roast and wedding catering packages. We offer a large selection of draught lagers, beers or ales, wines, spirits and soft drinks. Whether you require a staffed bar service, a pay (or subsidised) bar or just the equipment to run your own bar, we can help.
A managed bar service is certainly the best option if you’re looking for a hassle free bar for your function. We will take care of everything, which leaves you free to enjoy your event. We will work together with you to choose the right options to suit you and your budget.
Managed Cash Bar*
Our standard cash bar is highly competitive and comparable to normal pub prices, i.e. £3.50 per pint. If you require draught lagers and or bitters, we normally ask for a £50 deposit to ensure that the entire barrel is used.
All of our bar hire options include drip trays, ice buckets, bar towels, stirrers, napkins and straws.
Managed Subsidised Bar*
Similar to a cash bar, you can choose to buy all, or a certain amount of drinks for your guests, or perhaps to subsidise the prices which is often a popular option.
You can either pre-pay a fixed amount, or work on a tally basis. Whatever your preference, talk to us and we’ll find the best solution for your budget.
Bar and Equipment Hire Only
If you’re intending to purchase your own drinks for your guests, you can choose to rent the basic bar and equipment from us.
Optionally, we can provide experienced, friendly and professionally trained staff to help serve your drinks. If you are serving your own drink you will not require a temporary event licence.

*Please note: All Cash Bars will require a Temporary Event Notice (T.E.N) which costs up to £35.00. This also requires at least ten days notice to process the application. We suggest that the application for your event is processed well in advance, but we will take care of the paperwork and make sure this is in place.
